What's in the box?
Every TealMates Snack Box is a treasure chest packed with 8-10 full size snacks. We work with brands big and small to bring you new snack to try each month! Each month’s treasure will be different, but will stay true to our mission of providing healthy snacks that are free of the top 8 food allergens!
What are the top 8?
Every snack we include will be free of the top 8 food allergens which are eggs, dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and gluten.
Can I get more ingredient information?
Absolutely! We don’t manufacture these products ourselves, but each snack box will include an insert that includes where to find additional information about any product included, including ingredients.
We also know that safe food handling and processing can be very important when food allergies are involved. While we try to take every step to ensure a safe experience and top safety measures form our vendors, it is ultimately up to you to decide what is best for your child. If you have questions about the manufacturing procedures of any manufacturer we work with, we encourage you to use the contact information provided in the box to get more information. Liability for all products included lie with each product’s individual manufacturer.
When will my box arrive?
All boxes ship around the 18th of the month, every month.
If you order by the 15th of the month, your first box will ship on the 18th of that same month.
If you order after the 15th, your first box won’t ship until the following month.
Once shipped, you will be able to track the shipping of your box through your account.
Can I put my account on hold? or cancel?
Of course! We are here to make life easier, not more complicated. Any time you want to make a change to your subscription log into your account and do so. If you are having trouble, please contact us for help. For a more details on our cancellation policy, please read our Terms & Conditions.
When will my renewal charge hit my account?
Renewal subscriptions charges will be submit each month on the 1st. The charge should show up on your account within 2-4 business days depending on your banking institution.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping within the contiguous United States. However, we do hope to expand so if you have a requested region please share it with us in the contact form.
I'm a vendor/manufacturer - how do i get my products in the box?
We love finding new brand partners and we always are looking for new products to include in the box. If your products fit the bill – top 8 friendly & compatible with a clean eating lifestyle, we would LOVE to chat! Check out our Partner With Us page!
